3. Quotations & Estimates

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
  • Prices include only the work specifically described within the quotation.
  • Hidden defects or previously undiscovered damage may require additional work and additional charges.
  • Any extra work requested after acceptance of the quotation will be quoted separately.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • The customer accepts our quotation.
  • Any requested deposit has been received.
  • A mutually agreed start date has been arranged.

We reserve the right to decline work where necessary.


5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unrestricted access to the property.
  • Remove valuables, fragile items, artwork and personal belongings from work areas.
  • Ensure electricity, lighting and water supplies are available where required.
  • Inform us of asbestos, structural defects, damp problems or any hazardous materials before work begins.
  • Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords, property managers or local authorities where applicable.

Failure to provide suitable access may result in delays or additional charges.


6. Materials

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • We will supply professional-quality paints and decorating materials.
  • Alternative brands or premium finishes requested by the customer may incur additional costs.
  • Colours selected by the customer become their responsibility once approved.

We recommend customers carefully check paint colours before application begins.


7. Changes to the Project

Any variation requested after work has commenced may affect:

  • Total project cost
  • Completion date
  • Labour requirements
  • Material requirements

All variations will be confirmed before additional work is undertaken.


8. Project Completion

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.

Completion times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Drying times
  • Material availability
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Unexpected structural issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Such delays shall not constitute a breach of contract.


9. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated on your quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.
  • Final payment becomes due immediately upon completion of the agreed work.
  • Late payments may incur interest where permitted under applicable UK legislation.

Ownership of supplied materials remains with ADCH LTD until payment has been received in full.


10. Customer Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect completed work upon completion.

Any concerns regarding workmanship should be reported within seven (7) days.

After this period, work will be considered accepted unless otherwise agreed.


11. Warranty

We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Where applicable, workmanship warranties apply only to defects resulting directly from our installation or decorating work.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customer damage
  • Structural movement
  • Damp
  • Water leaks
  • Poor previous repairs
  • External environmental factors

12. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a booking by providing written notice.

Where cancellation occurs after:

  • Materials have been purchased,
  • Labour has been scheduled,
  • Work has commenced,

reasonable costs may be deducted from any payments already received.


13. Health & Safety

Our staff follow appropriate health and safety procedures while carrying out work.

Customers should ensure children and pets remain clear of active work areas during the project.


14. Website Use
